Erik XVI treats us to a deeply atmospheric two hours this week. From dense soundscapes, through layers of complex techno and electronica, ending up in hard, broken beats, this is an excellent mix. This is possibly the weirdest mix that’s ever been on Nomad. Somehow it manages to traverse genres as far apart as Pakistani folk music, Hiphop, Punk and Mashup Electronica, all with ease.
